Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Kawan Traders Ltd website and the field and remote IT services we provide. Kawan Traders Ltd is a company established in 2022 and registered in the United Kingdom.

We supply on-site smart hands, rollouts, break-fix, structured cabling and remote IT support delivered by our network of certified technicians across the EU, UK and worldwide. Scope, response times, rates and deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quotation or issue a purchase order in writing. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled attendance may be charged at the agreed minimum call-out rate.

You agree to provide safe site access, accurate site contacts, required permits, parts and equipment, and any client-specific inductions our technician must complete before attending.

Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Travel, parking, out-of-hours and materials are charged as agreed in the engagement. We may suspend services on overdue accounts after written notice.

Technicians who register with us submit their details for the purpose of assignment to client work. Registration does not create an offer of employment and does not guarantee assignment.

Both parties keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Our technicians work under confidentiality obligations.

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

All website content, branding and materials remain the property of Kawan Traders Ltd. Deliverables specific to a client engagement transfer to the client on full payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
