• Enquiry and dispatch forms — name, company, email, phone, site location and details of the request.
• Technician registrations — name, email, phone, country, city, skills, language levels, LinkedIn profile and CV/resume documents.
• Company onboarding forms — company name, contact person, sites, estimated ticket volume and contact details.
• Reviews — reviewer name, company and the review content you submit.
• Technical data — basic request data such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and available.

We use your data to respond to enquiries, quote and deliver services, match technicians to client work, moderate and publish reviews, manage our contractual relationship and comply with legal obligations. Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests and, where applicable, consent.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to run the site (for example, keeping your language choice and your cookie preference). We do not run advertising cookies. Analytics or embedded third-party content is only loaded where you have accepted it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.

We share data only where needed: with our vetted technicians and coordinators assigned to your work, with clients when you register as a technician and are put forward for an assignment, and with service providers who host our website and database under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Our technician network operates worldwide. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Technician registrations are kept for as long as you remain available for assignment, and are removed on request. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the periods required by UK law.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the email in the footer. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Access to registration data, CVs and client records is restricted to authorised administrators. Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure.
